Para ello deber\u00e1 <strong>tomar una cita previamente para <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cancilleria.gob.ec\/madrid\/2024\/01\/23\/https-citas-cancilleria-gob-ec-home-ubicaciones\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.cancilleria.gob.ec\/madrid\/2024\/01\/23\/https-citas-cancilleria-gob-ec-home-ubicaciones\/\">OTROS ACTOS NOTARIALES<\/a> <\/strong>y realizar la declaraci\u00f3n correspondiente que deber\u00e1 presentar el d\u00eda del Registro de G\u00e9nero\/Cambio de Nombres. (Costo de declaraci\u00f3n notariada: 25,09 Euros)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>REQUISITOS OPCIONALES<\/strong><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Original del documento que acredite el nivel de instrucci\u00f3n educativa (b\u00e1sica, bachiller, superior).
